Personal/bank checks
and money orders are accepted but may cause a delay in delivery until
funds are verified with the issuing bank (if applicable).

Yes, we do accept orders thru the mail. Please send in your order with
your name and address along with telephone number and email address, along
with item numbers, descriptions and quantities with full payment to the

Order
Status and changes:
After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation showing
all order details. Please be aware, once we place your order, and you would like to make changes or cancel the order, (although we would try our best to make those changes), there is no guarantee we will be able to and the order will proceed.
Shipping:
All
lift chairs are shipped free.
Our goal is to process and ship your order the same day or at the very latest, the following day. Once we place your order for in-stock items, the lift chair will be shipped out within one to two days. However, for special orders and custom made chairs, please plan on those changes taking up to 15-20 business days before shipment.
Again,
we know you want your order fast and we will do everything in our power to
make that happen.
All orders are shipped by freight with the specific carrier being used to be at our discretion.

At
this time, we only accept orders with free shipping within the 48 contiguous
United States. Please contact us for shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii.
Returns:
We have a 30 day money
back guarantee on all products.
Please inspect the
shipping box of your items upon receiving, before opening. If visible
damage is apparent, please contact us within 3 business days and do not
open. We will contact you with instructions and replacements for your
items.
Before returning any
item please read below: All
returns need to have a RMA (Return Authorization Number). No items will
be accepted and credited without one. Please
contact customer service at: 1-800-670-4306...
or by emailing
us at: info@LiftChairWarehouse.com
to receive your RMA.
The product being
returned must be received by us within the warranty period (30 days) and
be in unused, like new condition with no damage. Except
for damaged items upon arrival or incorrect items (items not ordered by
you) being sent, return shipping cost will be incurred by the customer.
Please note:
All special order and custom made lift chairs are non-refundable.
Please check with
customer service to determine if the specific item you're ordering is
returnable. Returns for all non-damaged like new items will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Also, if an order
is cancelled after ordering or during the period in which we have no control,
or after the item has been shipped, the same return policies will apply
as stated here.
Shipping for returns
will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be handled by
Lift Chair Warehouse. After receipt of the returned item, a refund
will be promptly credited.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
